1. Reservation Deposit
To reserve a residence, a deposit is required. This deposit secures your priority access to a limited number of available units and will be applied to the total purchase price at closing. All deposits are held in trust.
2. Changes, Delays, and Cancellation
We reserve the right to make changes to unit availability, pricing, development timelines, layouts, and included features prior to signing the Purchase and Sale Agreement (“PSA”).
If delays occur due to construction schedules, supply chain disruptions, weather conditions, or municipal approvals, we will notify purchasers and provide updated timelines where applicable.
3. Legal and Financial Disclaimer
